Rice Ones

Often called 'rice stick' noodles or Vermicelli only requires soaking in hot water to soften. Definately 100% Gluten/Wheat Free

Wheaty Ones

Said to be the oldest form of noodles they have a firm, but somewhat silky, bite - You may know these by the name 'Udon', from Japan and 'Ho Fun' from Southern China.

Eggy Ones

These come both thick and thin, have a rich firm texture and some may say are the archetypal Chinese noodle. The process is simple, it follows the same as the wheaty ones with just more egg in it! You may also know these noodles as 'Ramen'.

The Noodle Bar is brilliant. I have never had a bad meal there and I am a frequent visitor. The food is gorgeous, the staff are friendly and polite - it really is one of the best places in Colchester. Lane
